| 本文研究了亚致死剂量苏云金杆菌蜡螟亚种晶体蛋白对大蜡螟幼虫肠道消化酶(蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶)活性的影响。结果表明,经晶体蛋白处理后大蜡螟幼虫肠道蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶比活力均下降。电泳分析表明,淀粉酶两种同功酶的活力均增强,蛋白酶各同功酶活力均下降。 |

| Effects of sub-lethal dosages of Bacillus thuringiensis galleriae crystal on the activities of protease,trypsin and amylase in the gut of Galleria mellonella larvae were studied.The results showed that specific activities of protease and trypsin decreased,activities of two amylase isozymes increased in the gut of Bacillus thuringiensis galleriae crystal-treated Galleria mllonella larvae compared with normal lar- vae. |
