| 把贝氏隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium baileyi)感染和鸡新城疫Ⅱ系弱毒疫苗免疫相比较,用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分析血清蛋白、计算 A/G 比值的方法,研究了其免疫原性。统计分析表明:C.baileyi 免疫原性低下,且极显著地低于鸡新城疫Ⅱ系弱毒疫苗。 |
