棉花早熟性与纤维性状的遗传分析

摘要:
遗传分析表明:2.5%跨长、整齐度、比强度、从播种到初花天数的加性效应显著;伸长率、麦克隆值、从播种到初絮天数,除加性效应显著外,有的显性效应也显著。二个生育期,2.5%跨长、比强度的 h2较高,整齐度和伸长率中等,麦克隆值较低。两个生育期间;两个生育期与多数纤维性状间以及2.5%跨长与比强度、伸长率间均呈正相关。麦克隆值与整齐度间以及它们与2.5%跨长、比强度间均呈负相关。伸长率对比强度的相对贡献最大。通过伸长率来选择2.5%跨长和比强度有较好的效果。
