| 研究 F2分离群体,F3混合群体以及 F3家系的性状相关表明:籽粒品质性状间的相关性在 F2和 F3表现基本一致。籽粒蛋白质含量与干、湿面筋含量呈显著或极显著正相关;Zeleny 沉淀值与干、湿面筋含量间均显著的正相关,但 Zeleny 沉淀值与籽粒蛋白质含量间的相关,因组合而异,表现出相关不显著或显著的正相关,说明籽粒蛋白质含量和烘烤品质同时得到改良完全有可能的。不同世代籽粒品质性状与产量性状间的相关虽有时出现显著或极显著的负相关,但有多数情况下为弱度的负相关,有时出现弱度的正相关。说明在不降低产量和产量构成因素不变劣的情况下,提高和改善小麦籽粒品质性状或二者同步改良是可能的. |

| Studies on correlations among quality characters in segragating population of F_2 and F_3 as well as in F_3 lines were carried out.The results indicated that the correlation in F_3 were almost the same as those in F_2.Grain protein content(GPC)was significantly and positively correlated to dry gluten content (DGC)and wet gluten content(WGC).The correlation between Zeleny sedimentation value(SV)and DGC(or WGC)was significantly positive.But the correlation between Zeleny SV and GPC differed from one cross to ... |
