巨型艾美耳球虫Eimeria maxima内生发育阶段的细胞化学研究:Ⅰ.多糖、核酸、碱性核蛋白

摘要:
本试验利用组织化学技术对巨型艾美耳球虫内生发育阶段细胞内的多糖、核酸、碱性核蛋白进行的研究证明,裂殖体、大配子、小配子体、卵囊内都存在 DNA、RNA 和碱性核蛋白。滋养体、多核体和小配子体内未检出多糖。裂殖体、大配子和合子含有多糖、成熟的大配子和合子多糖含量丰富。结果表明,多糖是由球虫自身合成并在其发育过程中消耗。

Abstract:
This paper reported the results of cytochemical observations on the development of Eimeria maxima in chicken.The experiment demonstrated that the schizonts,macrogametes,microgametes and zy- gotes in oocysts all contained DNA,RNA and basic nuclear protein.Polysaccharides were detectable in schizonts,macrogametes and zygotes.The mature macrogametes and zygotes were rich in polysacchrides.
