采用聚酯纤维建立静止液体培养系统的研究

摘要:
以聚酯短纤维(丙纶或绦纶)为支持物,以滤纸作接触面,建立了静止液体培养系统。该系统与固体培养系统相比,外植体的脱分化率相似,愈伤组织的生长速度、胚状体的诱导率、绝对数量及其在该系统上的萌发率均高于固体培养系统。该系统制作方便,经济,可以广泛地应用于植物组织培养。

Abstract:
Motionless liquid culture system was established by using polyester fabres as supportor and filter as surface.In this system.the dedifferentiation rate of explants is similar to that of in solid one.The growth rate of callus,inducing rate absolute quantities and germi- nation of embryoides are apparently higher than that in solid culture system.This system is economic stable and easy to make.It can be widely used in plant tissue culture.
