氯霉素对肉鸡血糖影响的研究

摘要:
研究了不同浓度的氯霉素对肉鸡血糖水平的影响。含0.06%,0.10%和0.15%氯霉素的饲料喂养肉鸡,使30日龄鸡血糖值明显下降,而使60日龄鸡血糖值明显升高,血清白蛋白水平都增加。血液中氯霉素浓度随饲料中氯霉素的剂量、肉鸡的生长率以及采食量的增加而升高。结果表明:饲料中添加氯霉素以不超过0.06%为宜;不同浓度的氯霉素对日龄相同的肉鸡血糖水平的影响相似。在慢性应激反应中,小鸡与成鸡血糖的改变,可能通过不同的途径。

Abstract:
The effects of different concentrations of chloramphenicol on blood glucose levels were studied.The dose of chloramphenicol in 0.06%,0.10% and 0.15% in feed induced that blood glucose values decreased markedly in 30d old broilers and increased significantly in 60d old broilers.Serum albumin levels increased.The concentration of chloramphenicol in blood elevated due to the increases of the dosage of chloramphenicol in forage,the rate of the growth and the amount of food intaking in broilers.The results showe...
