| 应用因子分析的 R-型与 Q-型方法对39个冬小麦品系材料的10个数量性状进行了研究和分类。R-型因子分析的结果表明,可用5个主因子来表示10个性状,其方差贡献占87.63%,经过正交旋转,第一正交因子反映了植株高度信息,具有稳定的遗传性;第二正交因子反映了主穗粒数的多少是植株的变异特征。Q-型因子分析结果表明,供试材料基本上属于同一生态型,主因子 F1的方差贡献占86.80%,反映了材料的共同性;主因子 F2则反映了材料间的差异性,经过正交旋转,可以更直接地了解材料间的关系。 |
