| 叙述用高效液相色谱法测定值肝油、强化食品和饲料中 VD 的方法。样品经碱性皂化、乙醚抽提、蒸发,用甲醇溶解残渣注入半制备柱(C-18柱),收集含 VD 的部分,用洗脱液再蒸发干燥,溶于异辛烷中,注入分析柱(硅胶柱)定量。本法操作简便、灵敏度高,最低可检测20IU/100g。目前的回收率范围90.1%～93.7%,平均为91.9%,重复性的标准误差是±2.9%,变异系数为±2.5%。 |
