| 对影响番茄原生质体分离、培养以及再生植株的一些因素进行的初步研究表明:适合番茄原生质体分离、培养的材料是3～4周龄的无菌苗叶片;适合番茄原生质体培养的培养液渗透压以0.4 mol/L 甘露醇加山梨醇为好,培养液的量以1.5 ml/L 培养皿为适宜,选择合适的激素搭配浓度对维持愈伤组织的分化、抑制褐化是有效的;培养基中添加1.15mg/L NAA 适合诱导再生苗生根,无激素培养基适合再生植株的生长。 |
