| 棉胚珠表皮细胞在开花前后的超微结构变化明显。开花前2天,表皮细胞无突起,却可见亮、暗两种类型;开花当天,较暗的亮细胞分化突起,细胞核及核仁随之增大;在开花后第2天,分化的细胞高度液泡化,胞质中的内质网结构趋于复杂,出现环状内质网。 |

| It was obvious that the ultrastructure changes of ovule epidermis cells of cotton before and after anthesis.Two days before anthesis,the initials of epidermis cells didn't appear,but emerged two kjnds of cells,one light and another was dark.The light cells appeared initial differentiation at anthesis,and vacuolized highly and,emerged ringlike endoplosmic retieulums in fiber cells two days after anthesis. |
