马铃薯外植体再生植株的研究

摘要:
以马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)6个栽培品种的叶圆片和幼茎切段作外植体,以 MS 为基本培养基,添加不同配比的激素制成4种诱导和分化培养基,研究这些外植体的再生植株分化率。结果表明,来自上述外植体的愈伤组织,苗的分化率平均分别为60.1%和88.7%.如果选择适当的基因型和激素配比,可使叶圆片和幼茎切段愈伤组织的成菡率分别高达162.3%和143.8%。

Abstract:
On MS medium supplemented with various combinations of phyto- hormones,leaflet discs and young stem segment taken from six cultivars of Solanum tuberosum L.were tested with regard to their potential of plant regene- ration following a callus phase.In all possible associations of callus induction and redifferentiation media,each with four different hormone,combinations,plant regeneration frequency of leaflet discs and stem segments derived calli of all the six cultivars averaged 60.1% and 88.7%,respectively....
