塑料薄膜简棚诱导小麦雄性不育的方法及其应用效果

摘要:
根据小麦雄性器官在发育过程中对环境条件反应比其他器官更为敏感的特点,利用塑料薄膜在田间搭简棚,造成一定程度的高温条件阻碍雄性器官的发育,导致小麦雄性不育。经多地实验,不育度可达100%,异交结实率可达90%以上,诱导的小麦植株具有典型的雄性不育特征。从花粉母细胞至花粉粒成熟前都可以进行处理,但以花粉粒单核期的处理效果最好。

Abstract:
Wheat male sterility was caused by treatment with transparent plastic film shed (TPFS) at the young microspore development stage in field, for microspore was sensitiv to high temperature.The results showed that the male sterility of wheat treated by TPFS was 100% and fructify of cross pollination was morn than 90%.The characteristics of plants treated was similar to that of typical male-sterile lines.The wheat plants that were in period from pollen mother cell to pollen formation could be treated.The eharac...
