| 调查了我国部分地区农场、果园、苗圃、林场根癌病,得知根癌病(Agrobacteriumtumefacfens)普遍为害我国多种果树、林木,并且发病十分严重。几乎重茬苗圃土壤都带有根癌病菌。病菌的分离鉴定表明,葡萄的根癌土壤杆菌主要是生物3型,没有发现生物2型。鉴定中还发现苹果上也有生物3型的根癌土壤杆菌。 |

| Abstract: |
| Crown gall was investigated in Beijing,Hebei,Liaoning,Shan- dong,Zhejiang,and Shandhai,which indicated that Agrobacterium tumefaciens can invade peach,cherry,apricot,apple,pear,Chinese flowering crabapple, haw,walnut,grape,Chinese white poplar and hops.Some of them were serious and a lot of the replant soil were contamminated by the pathogen.The identi- fication indicated that 86% of the pathogen in grape were biotype 3,no biotype 2 was found.One strain of biotype 3 was isolated from apple plant. |
