一些唑类新化合物的合成及其生物活性

摘要:
合成了二十个唑类新化合物,并经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,确定其结构。生物试验结果表明,一些新化合物对小麦白粉病和锈病以及小麦生长具有抑制活性。

THE SYNTHESIS OF SOME NEW AZOLE DERIVATIVES
Abstract:
Abstract,Twenty new Azole compounds were synthesized.Their general formulae are as follows: (?) where R~1=H,CH_3;R~2=C_2H_(?)-,O-CH_3OC_(?)H_4-,CH_3,etc. R~3=Triazole,Imidazole,etc. The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by IR,~H- NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological evaluation of all the compounds gives positive results.Some of them exhibited inhibition effects and some of them are active against Erysiphe graminis,Puccinia recondita.
