| 首次对哥伦比亚食道口线虫虫卵、第一、三、四期幼虫和成虫进行了扫描电镜观察,对各期虫体的口孔、唇片、头乳突,头感器,体表横纹和纵脊等主要形态特征作了详细描述,并与捻转血矛线虫,达呼尔奥斯特线虫及蒙古马歇耳线虫的扫描电镜结构进行了比较。 |

| Abstract: |
| The ova,first-,second-,third- and fourth-stage larvae,and adults of Oesophagostomum columbianum were studied with scanning electron microscopy for the first time.The mouth,lips,cephalic papillae,amphids, annulations and longitudinal ridges were described in detail;the differences from the observations under light microscope and the evolution of the worm were discussed;the comparison with Haeraonchus contortus,Ostertagia dahurica and Marshallagia mongolica were made. |
