| 利用目标规划方法对北京市六、七月份旺季蔬菜供应趋势进行了研究,结果说明目前北京市六、七月以近郊为主,远郊为辅,外地补充的供应方针已不适合现在形势的要求,应当在距北京中心30～100km 的中远郊地区建立蔬菜生产基地,保证主要种类和品种的供应量。在距北京30km以内的近郊地区发展不耐贮运的叶类菜和高档菜,在距北京100km 以外地区对北京所需的个别种类或品种进行补充,这样做可以节省上百万元的财政补贴,减轻消费者的负担(注:按1986年价格计)。 |
