嫁接组合形成过程中两种酶活性的动态变化

摘要:
以番茄、苋莱为材料进行自体嫁接和异体嫁接。观察嫁接隔离层及其两侧细胞的组织化学变化,用细胞化学定位方法比较不同嫁接组合隔离层两侧细胞中细胞色素氧化酶和多酚氧化酶活性,随嫁接组合形成,隔离层是动态变化的;两种酶活性逐渐增加到一高峰级又逐渐降低,不亲和性接嫁组合细胞中酶活性明显高于亲和性嫁接组合,且酶活性高峰出现晚2~3d。对隔离层组织化学变化和两种酶活性的动态变化与嫁接亲和性的关系作了初步讨论。

Abstract:
