多效唑对水稻发育籽粒的内源激素和稻米氨基酸含量的影响

摘要:
在水稻(Dryza sativa L.)籽粒的发育过程中,细胞分裂素含量在抽穗后第3天达到高峰;脱落酸(ABA)则出现两次高峰,第一次在抽穗后第7天,第二次在抽穗后第26天之后;而乙烯则在抽穗后第13天之前保持较高的水平。多效唑处理均提高了籽粒的细胞分裂素和ABA 含量。在一般情况下,多效唑处理减少稻穗的乙烯释放。另外,多效唑处理提高稻米的氨基酸总含量20%~30%,改善了稻米的营养品质。
