多氧霉素(Polyoxin B)在苹果和土壤中的残留及消解动态的研究

摘要:
用生物法测定了多氧霉素在苹果和土壤中的残留及消解动态。多氧霉素在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为3.5d,2.5d;多氧霉素在正常使用剂量的情况下,其残留量远低于日本科研制药株式会社推荐的限量。

Abstract:
Bioassay was used to measure the residue and degradation of Polyoxin B in apple and soil.The Half-life-time of Polyoxin B in apple and soil was 3.5 days and 2.5days respectively.When Polyoxin B was used according to the recommended dose,its residue in apple was far lower than that of allowed tolerance which was formulated by Kanken Pharmaceutical Co.,Lid.Tokyo,Japan.
