| Bioassay was used to measure the residue and degradation of Polyoxin B in apple and soil.The Half-life-time of Polyoxin B in apple and soil was 3.5 days and 2.5days respectively.When Polyoxin B was used according to the recommended dose,its residue in apple was far lower than that of allowed tolerance which was formulated by Kanken Pharmaceutical Co.,Lid.Tokyo,Japan. |
