| 本试验首次在符合实际造影要求的家兔 x 线支气管造影实验模型上,对40只家兔硫酸钡浆、硫酸钡粉和碘油支气管造影后的病生理反应进行了为期60天的比较观察。试验证明,硫酸钡较碘油造影后清除快、沉积少,对肺组织刺激性小,是一种惰性无毒、正确应用时不影响机体的造影剂。又鉴于硫酸钡价廉,造影像质量高等优点,建议可将其选作兽医临床 x 线支气管造影用剂。 |

| On the basis of the model according with the demands of the actual broncho- graphy,forty rabbits were used for bronchography with barium sulfate suspen- sion,barium sulfate powder and lipiodol to observe pathophysiological effects of each contrast media on the lungs.Observation lasted more than two months.
