| 本文研究探讨了简易塑料大棚及简易培养液在北京地区培养螺旋藻的可行性与效果。试验证明,自然条件下6～8月可以露天放养;加设塑料大棚可放养七个月(4～10月)。6～8月产量可达到6g/m2·日以上,藻粉质量良好。北京(方)地区利用简易塑料大棚增温放养螺旋藻大有希望。应用工业原料小苏打和廉价易购的化肥配置简易培养液,产量达到用 Zarrouk 培养液产量的94%以上,蛋白质、氨基酸等营养成分达到同类产品的质量。简易培养液可在扩大生产中应用。 |
