诱导黄瓜系统抗病性研究

摘要:
予先在黄瓜幼苗第一片真叶用黄瓜炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum lagenarium)诱导接种,可获得对该病菌的系统抗病性。诱导接种13天后,病叶率、病斑数目及病斑大小均明显低于对照。诱导抗性可保持31天以上。两种化学物质,苯基硫脲和草酸,同样具有诱导抗性的作用。田问试验证明,用黄瓜炭疽病菌进行诱抗接种,不仅获得对该菌的抗性,而且对黄瓜霜霉病菌亦表现一定抗性。

Abstract:
