气相色谱法测定水果蔬菜中的有机酸

摘要:
用气相色谱[GC-9A]测定出水果、蔬菜中一些有机酸,如,乳酸、草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、延胡索酸、苯甲酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸等。方法是将样品溶于80%乙醇溶液(或水),过滤。滤液通过 DEAE 纤维素交换柱,然后用0.1N Na2SO4溶液洗脱,洗脱液经过蒸发、甲酯化和 CHCl_3萃取,用10%改性聚乙二醇-20000、Chromosorb W 进行色谱分析。本方法回收率为81~105%,相对标准偏差为3.17~8.86%,最低分离度为1.3。

Abstract:
Some organic acids of fruits and vegetables were determined by gas chroma- tography.Such organic acids were lactic acid,maleic acid,fumaric acid,succinic acid,benzoic acid,malonic acid,oxalicacid,malic acid,tartaric acid and citric acid etc.The sample was dissolved in 80% ethanal solution or water and then filtered.After the filtrate passed through DEAE celluose olumn,the organic acids were eluated with 0.1N Na_2SO_4 solution.Then the celuant was evapor- eted to dryness followed by methylation and extracted...
