转育小麦ph系的研究

摘要:
普通小麦ph突变系为由小麦5B 染色体长臂上的PH基因(抑制部份同源染色体配对的基因)缺失而获得,故有明显促进部份同源染色体配对形成多价体的功能,是当前小麦仅有的有性杂交的载体。然而,现有供试的ph系(包括ph1b,ph1b和ph2)均由中国春小麦(China Spring)诱变而得[1],为适应我国小麦育种开发所需,转育成我国当地品种以及不同生态类型的ph系,已为当务之急。本文着重阐述并已证明以京虹1号春小麦转育ph_(1b)基因一次成功的研究。

Abstract:
phlb mutant wheat formed by the deficiency of PH-gene on the long arm of 5B chromosome of wheat,it possessed the ability to increase the frequency of homoeologous chromosome pairing and to form mult- ivalent.Therefore,it is an excellent carrier in sexual-hybridizati- on.But now all of the ph mutants including phla phlb and ph_2 were induced by Chinese Spring,in order to suit the needs of wheat bree- ding development,it is an urgent need to transform the ph mutant into our local varieties or various ecotypes...
