氯氰菊酯在苹果及土壤中的残留动态研究

摘要:
用带电子捕获检测器的 GC-9A 气相色谱仪测定了氯氰菊酯(cype-rmethrin)在苹果和土壤中的残留量和消解动态。两年的试验结果表明,氯氰菊酯在苹果和土壤中的消解速度是相当慢的。氯氰菊酯在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为9天和12天。在整个水果生长期,使用氯氰菊酯25ppm 和50ppm 喷施2-4次,最后一次施药距采收间隔期为56-25天,氯氰菊酯在苹果中的残留量分别为0.0335-0.0968ppm 和0.1058-0.2300Ppm,而土壤中氯氰菊酯的残留量低于最小检出浓度。施药浓度为100ppm 使用2-4次时,最后一次施药距采收间隔为25天,氯菊氰酯在苹果和土壤中的残留量分别为0.2967ppm 和0.233ppmm。
