| 用 H2SO4-H2O2快速消煮法与常规的 H2SO4-H2O2消煮法联合测定植物氮、磷、钾的比较试验,结果基本一致。试验证明,H2SO4-H2O2快速消煮法可以代替常规 H2SO4-H2O2消煮法用以联合测定植物氮、磷、钾。本快速消煮法的优点是大大缩短消煮时间,节约电能,提高样品前处理的工作效率1-2倍。 |

| Similar results were obtained in determining N,P and K in plants by rapid digestion using H_2SO_4-H_2O_2 in comparision with the conventional digestion method.It has been shown that conventional method of dige- stion can be replaced satisfactorily by the rapid digesting method in simultaneous determination of N,P and K of plant materials. The advantages of the rapid digestion method using H_2SO_4-H_2O_2 are obvious to reduce the time for digestion,save electric energy and increase working efficiency to 1-2 ... |
