| 本文报告我校研制合成的抗鸡球虫药—球痢灵的毒性和观察结果。试验结果表明:球痢灵,雏鸡口服 LD50=294.7mg/kg,LD50的95%可信限为247.4～351.6mg/kg;用0.0125%球痢灵粉剂混饲,连续饲喂49天,对雏鸡的增重,生长发育及各组织器官等均无不良影响。 |

| This paper reports on the toxicity of zoalene in chickens.The LD_(50) for zoalene for oral administration is 294.7mg/kg in chickens. The chickens were separated into 5 groups of 10 each.The birds were given zoalene in mixed feed at 0(control),0.0125,0.0250,0.0375 or 0.0500%(w/w)concentrations.The birds of zoalene or control group continued to gain weights.The high level of weights gain observed for 49 days only in 0.0125% and control groups.There were no significant diffe- rence in weights gained and feed e... |
