| 本试验利用14L:10D(光照开始于5:00)的光照模式,分别在6:00、10:00、14:00、18:00、22:00和2:00采血,对休产期雌性北京鸭外周血浆皮质酮、醛固酮、雌二醇和孕酮含量的24小时波动进行了测定。证明了在休产期没有产蛋影响的条件下成年母鸭血浆类固醇激素昼夜节律的存在。6次测定中雌二醇含量最高值在黑暗开始后3小时;7小时出现皮质酮和孕酮含量的最高位;11小时出现醛固酮含量最高值。 |
