| 配合饲料、浓缩饲料或予混添加剂中的维生素 A 经过碱性皂化作用、乙醚提取和蒸干后,溶于甲醇中,然后在 HPLC 上利用萤光检测仪在 Ex=325nm;Em=480nm 条件下进行了测定。测定所用条件为:固定相:Spherisorb ODSⅡ;流动相:甲醇:水=90:10;流速1.00ml/min。维生素 A 保留时间5.3分钟。测定结果表明,维生素 A 的回收率在94%以上,不同饲料样本变异系数(CV%)范围在4.1-7.5之间。 |

| Vitamin A contents in compounded feed,concentrate supplements a- nd feedadditives were determined with the help of HPLC,after the sa- mples were saponified with alkali,extracted with ethyl ether and di- ssolved in methanol.The extracts were measured fluoremetrically at Ex= 325nm and Em=480nm,using spherisorb ODSII as the stationary phase and methanol-water(9:1)as the mobile phase.The flowrate was 1.00 ml/min and the retention time 5.3 min.The recovery of vitamin A was over 95%.The coefficients of variality ... |
