| 本文应用辣根过氧化物酶标记抗仙台病毒的单克隆抗体,建立了抗体夹心法检测小鼠体内仙台病毒抗体的方法,与间接 ELISA 进行比较,检出率提高6%左右,敏感度提高四倍以上。样本结果的变异系数小于10%,重复性良好。直接用酶标记单克隆抗体有简便、廉价、生物活性高等优点。 |
