| Abstract: |
| a comparative analysis of the componet of globulin and glutelin was carried out by SDS-polyacrylamied gel electrophoresis in four varieties of paddy rice and three varieties of upland rice. In addition to this,a comparative analysis of the component of amino acid of globulin was carried out in four rice varieties as well. as shown in the analysis,the component of protein and amino acid in varieties are similar the difference is a little obvious. |
