| Shanxi wild hops in China have light purple-red cone,and have late-mat- uring,disease-resistant and cold-resistant characteristics,therefore it is a good potential source of breeding germplasm.The isozyrnic zymogram of E- ST between Shanxi wild and cultivated hops is great difference,Shanxi wild hop has only five bands but cultivated hops have nine and ten bands. |
