| 以人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)愈伤组织为材料,经酶解获得大量生活的原生质体,用浅层液体静止培养法获得细胞团,最后在琼脂培养基上获得原生质体来源的愈伤组织。分化工作尚无结果。试验强调了材料状况及培养条件的重要性,讨论了综合技术在原生质体培养中的意义。 |
