赤霉素和种皮对桃种子萌发和实生苗生长的影响

摘要:
未经层积处理的桃种子用赤霉素(GA)处理,或去掉种皮,可以有效地解除种子的休眠,促进种子的萌发。试验不仅进一步揭示了种皮对桃种子萌发的抑制作用,而且还揭示了种皮的抑制作用主要不是机械阻力,而是化学抑制物质的作用。试验还表明,经 GA 和去种皮处理的种子,萌发后在露地均能正常生长发育。这一试验结果为提早播种育苗,缩短育苗和育种年限提供了一个有效的途径。
