甘薯块根感染黑疤病后的结构特征和荧光现象

摘要:
描述了光学显微镜和扫描电镜下甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam)薯块的表面结构特征并作接种黑疤病菌(Ceratocystis fimbriata)孢子液试验,证实薯块表面无能直接入侵的自然孔口,而是为完整的、对该病菌具拒受性的木栓层覆盖,甚至一层细胞壁的栓化便足以抵挡其入侵;将显微镜下观察到的感染区划分为坏死区和病变区,描述了两区特征、自发荧光现象、菌丝在其中的分布状况和寄主—病原体的相互作用的过程;并得出甘薯块根对黑疤病茵兼有拒受性和生理生化的保卫反应两种抗性。比较了11个品种具不同抗性的薯块感染区的特征,发现高抗者坏死区边缘清晰呈抑制状,病变区自发荧光区狭窄,愈伤木栓层数多而较厚、易感者坏死区边缘模糊呈扩散状,病变区自发荧光区较宽,愈伤木栓层数少而较薄;中抗者的表现居两者之间。认为这些特征似可作为一种快速、简便的鉴定抗性的指标,用于育种实践。
