尼龙袋法评定饲料在反刍动物瘤胃内蛋白质降解率

摘要:
本文用尼龙袋法测定了8种饲料在痿管中瘤宵内的干物质和蛋白质消失率,以及豆饼和麸皮的瘤宵外流速度。然后用 Orskov 8v McDonald(1979)提出的方程计算出了这8种饲料的蛋白质消失率。瘤胃痿管牛在能量为1.4倍维持需要的饲养水平下,铬豆饼和铬麸皮的外流速度分剔是0.0579/小时,0.0364/小时。在所测的8种饲料中,麸皮、葵花饼和棉籽饼的蛋白质降解率最高,分别为77.41%,75.79%,69.64%;其次是花生饼、羊草和豆饼,蛋白质降解率各为50.44%、44.26%、41.64%;黄玉米和菜耔饼的蛋白质降解卒最低,各为30.15%、27.38%。饲料的蛋白质降解率(Y)与其干物质降学率(X)有密切关系:Y=1.73x-33.42(r=0.81,P<0.05)。

Abstract:
The protein degradablity of 8 kinds of feeds in 9 crossbred steers fitted with rumen cannulae was estimated using the nylon bag technique develo- ped by Qrskor and McDonald(1979). The fractional outflow rates of chromium-treated soybean meal and wheat bran were O.0579 and 0.0364 per hour respectively at 1.4 times the maintenance energy level.
