| 用毛细管色谱与四极质谱联机检测了苹果中十种国内常用的有机磷杀虫剂。试验结果表明:十种有机磷农药在柱上分离情况较好,保留时间合适。用气质联机对含干扰杂质较多的样品提取液定性比单纯依靠以保留时间为定性依据的气谱法更为准确可靠,其灵敏度也比较高。 |

| GC/MS was used to detect the mixed standard and fortified apple sample of 10 organophosphorus insecticides.In this experiment 10 insecticides and impurities in apple sample extraction were basically seperated in column. The whole analysis lasted 35 minutes.The peaks in the total ion chromatograms were individually identified with mass spectrograms.
