| 近年来、关于非肌细胞中存在类似肌肉细胞的的肌动蛋白的报道陆续发表了很多[1]。肌动蛋白存在于高等植物组织中的报道也不少[2,3]本文证明在玉米胚组织中存在肌动蛋白。材料和方法玉米胚取自普通玉米(Zea mays)种了。抗粘菌肌动蛋白抗体的制备参见 Lazarides。 |

| It has been established that actin is present in a lot of nonmuscle ce- lls.This paper reports that actin is also present in the embryos of corn(Z- ea mays).Its molecular weight is 43,000 dalton.Corn actin has cross react- ion with the antiserum against Physarum actin,The function of actin in mitsis is discussed. |
