氟病对奶牛生产性能影响的调查研究

本文研究由饮水氟引起的奶牛氟病对中国黑白花奶牛泌乳量的影响,并对其奶质量进行安全评价。饮用含氟2.15ppm 的饮水对奶牛第一和第二胎的泌乳量没有影响,其泌乳量分别为正常奶牛的100.30%和104.31%。氟中毒奶牛第三和第四胎的泌乳量显著低于正常奶牛,分别为正常奶牛的87.36%和87.69%。氟中毒奶牛第二、第三和第四胎的泌乳量相互之间无显著差异(P>0.05),即不出现产乳高峰期。氟病奶牛乳中氟残留量很低(平均0.0351ppm),甚至可低于正常奶牛乳中氟残留量(平均0.0996ppm),为之人饮用氟病奶牛的乳是安全的。

Abstract:
The paper reports the influence of drinking-water fluorosis on the milk production and the safety evaluation of milk quality in Chinese Hol stein cows.
