关于呋喃丹对夏大豆影响的探讨

1981—1983年,我们在北京地区就呋喃丹对夏大豆的影响进行了试验研究,通过试验初步看出,由于杀虫剂呋喃丹能抑制吲哚乙酸氧化酶降解作用,从而增加大豆体内吲哚乙酸的含量,因而促进了大豆植株的生长。株高、单株叶面积,地上干鲜重和根瘤的数量及重量均明显增加。三年平均结果,呋喃丹处理的大豆较对照增产9.5%。呋喃丹+B15处理的较对照增产15.6%,比只接种 B15的增产10%左右。呋喃丹处理的大豆籽粒蛋白质含量增加0.89-1.96%,各种氨基酸总量增加2.56-3.37%。

Abstract:
Experiments in area of peking from 1981 to 1983 have shown effect of furadan on inhibiting enzymic degradation of indole-3 acetic acid and promoting plantgrowth of soybean.Seeds of summersoybean treated with furadan produced significantly higher yield.with increased plant height, leaf area,dry and fresh weight,nodule number and nodule weight per plant.Soybean yield with furadan application increased on average by 9.50%, while with furadan+inoculate Rhizobium B15-15.6%.
