| High yields of viable protoplasts were isolated by enzymes from gre- en cotyledon of Luffa cylindrica.By means of liquid culture,in the mo- dified MS medium,Protoplasts regenerated cell wall on about second day in culture.The first cell division were observed on third day cu- lture.Through plate culture,The calli derived from protoplasts of L. cylindrica were obtained. |
