| 腹腔动脉多分为两支,肝总动脉和胃左动脉脾动脉干。肝总动脉分出肝固有动脉,后者分三支或两支进入肝的各叶和胆囊。胃十二指肠动脉发自肝总动脉,它向胰右叶发出的分支称为胰十二指肠前动脉,离开胰脏延续为胃网膜右动脉。胃右动脉起始部的变化较大。脾动脉分出脾支,胰支,胃支和胃网膜左动脉。胃左动脉分为背,腹两支,背支分出食管支。 |

The coeliac artery usually divides into two truncus.One is named common hepatic artery,another is truncus A.lienalisgastrica sinistra and A.lienalis commnnis.
