| 球痢灵是(D.O.T.)是一种较理想的抗球虫药。药效稳定,不易产生抗药性。并具有高效、低毒的优点。它的化学名称叫3,5—二硝基—邻—甲基苯甲酰胺(3,5—dinitro-o-toluamide)。此药早由我校完成了小试。目前由张家口地区长城化工厂进行了中试,并准备正式投产。为配合用国产球痢灵中试产品进行的动物试验,作者对其在鸡体内的残留动态进行了研究。 |

| The ground tissue was extracted with 1:1 methanol and dichlorom- ethane.The organic phase was concentrated by KD concentrator. D.O.T.must be hydralyzed by 70% sulfuric acid and extracted with dichloromethane.After that,it was concentrated and esterified by certain amount of diazomethane and then determined by gas chromato- graphy with an electron capture detector.
