THE APPLICATION OF GLASS CAPILLARY COLUMN IN RESIDUE ANALYSIS OF CARBAMATE PESTICIDES
Abstract:
Four kinds of methods were used to inert the surface of glass capillary columns.After silanization,the columns were coated with OV-101 using the dynamic packing technique.The results showed that the inertness of the columns treated with HMDS and DMCS are similar to the fused silica capillary columns. The glass capillary columns made by authors were successfully used in the residue analysis of Carbofuran and 3-hydroxy Carbofuran in cotton seeds and to seperate 8 different pesticides in 10 minutes.
