| 本试验证明核桃的叶片、叶柄、叶脉、茎尖等外植体在适合的培养基上可诱导出愈伤组织。核桃茎尖和胚可以诱导出多芽。讨论了培养基成分和外植体来源对核桃外植体生长与分化的影响,以及防止核桃组织氧化褐变的措施。 |
