触角电位(EAG)引导方法的探讨

摘要:
在菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)同一触角上施行不同处理时,触角的EAG 反应变化很大:在体、端部完整的状态反应最强,剪去端部会在一定程度上降低反应性,离体则反应微弱。而且,在体触角在2小时内反应性下降不很大,而绝大多数离体触角都在试验开始后60分钟内失活。

Abstract:
Experiments showed that a newsurface-contactrecording technique without harming to insects,not only could conduct reliable EAG res- ponses,but also stabilized the antennal reactivity within the two-hour experimental period.Such an EAG-conducting technique was superior to the general methods in which the antennae used for EAG recording were inserted by electrode(s)or,excised at the base(even removed the dist al segments).
