| 本实验用 MS 和 N6培养基对春小麦4个不同品种的幼穗在离体培养条件下的反应进行了研究。发现它们在愈伤组织的诱导频率和植株的再生上,品种间有显著的差异,其中以品种欧柔最好。初步认为,在禾谷类原生质体的培养和体细胞突变体的筛选工作中,材料的基因型选择可能是成功与否的重要方面。 |
