小麦三叶期前幼苗生长与氮素营养

摘要:
利用15N 示踪田间模拟和砂培试验,着重研究了小麦幼苗(从种子萌发到三叶龄)生长与种子蛋白质含量的关系以及吸肥状况。结果表明:种子萌发后,根系即从土壤中吸收 N 素。三叶期幼苗植株中 N 素的60—80%来自肥料 N 和土壤 N。种子胚乳蛋白质只能满足一叶一心幼苗正常生长需要的 N 量。小麦胚乳营养中的 N素营养是影响幼苗生长的主要限制因素。从 N 素营养来看,幼苗离乳期是一叶一心期,不是三叶期。
