摘要:
为研究异核性分生抱子能否发轫稻恶苗病菌异核现象。在试验室内采用人工诱变的不同营养缺陷突变菌株所强制地合成的异核体,能产生极少数异核性分生孢子,指示其可能发轫异核现象,在大田内情况如何,还待研究。

Abstract:
In order to clarify if heterokaryosis in the rice seedling funsus. Fusarium moniliforme sheld may come about in and may be maintained by heterokaryotic conidia,proline required and arginine required nutritional deficient auxotrophic mutants were used for synthetizing heterocaryons.These enforced heterokaryons grew exceedingly slow on solid minimnal medium and had produced a limited number of conidia.
